"This is a gorgeous item. The shop owner was very kind and made many efforts to ensure the product was the way I wanted it to be. I forgot the include the charm part on it, and she was kind enough to message me to make sure I didn't want it, which was great because, in the end, I did want a charm and just forgot to select the option for one. The charm came out beautifully. Thank you for shipping it promptly and with such care. I will be reminded of God's promise to us every time I get in my car and see it."
